1. Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Time Frame: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on final sale items, clearance products, or personalized/customized items. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

- Package the Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Ensure that the RA number is visible on the return package.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Refund Time Frame: Once processed, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, used, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
4. Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part. If you are returning an item due to an error or damage, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
